We operate on a basis of mutual respect and clear architectural boundaries. These terms define the professional relationship between TheSignTech and our Partners.

TheSignTech agrees to design, build, and deploy the automated systems ("Revenue Architecture") as defined in the specific Proposal agreed upon by the Client.
Any requests outside the defined scope (e.g., additional funnel pages, extra AI agents) will be billed as a separate Work Order.
Client Ownership: You own all specific content (text, video, images) and the specific list of leads generated.
TheSignTech Ownership: We retain ownership of the underlying "Code Architecture," AI Prompt Logic, and Automation Workflows. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them for your business.
While we engineer for 99.9% uptime, TheSignTech is not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI API crashes, Instagram algorithm changes, or Hosting failures).
We are not responsible for lost revenue due to third-party platform bans resulting from Client misuse.
Refunds: Due to the intensive manual engineering required to build custom AI architectures, Setup Fees are non-refundable once the onboarding call has taken place.
Termination: Clients may cancel monthly retainers with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, TheSignTech will hand over all Client Data (leads, chat logs) but will decommission the AI Agents and Automation workflows hosted on our servers.
